Bachelor's degree in biological science 4+years of experience in molecular biology, or an MS degree or PhD in a molecular biology related discipline.
The successful candidate will have hands on experiences in various Molecular Biology techniques, including DNA cloning, DNA purification, PCR, primer design, DNA sequencing and analysis, bacterial transformation and culture.
Expertise in Molecular Biology Techniques (DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, Cloning, mutagenesis, gel electrophoresis, bacterial transformation and culture.
Ability to independently design Molecular Cloning works.
Experience with DNA sequencing technologies (Sanger) and sequencing data analysis.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Excellent teamwork and multitasking.
Good documentation of experimental reports.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:This position in our molecular biology team is responsible for DNA related workflow (gene library construction and cloning, high-throughput DNA preparation, and sequencing) to support our protein directed evolution workflow.
